Google blev kendt for deres søgemaskine, og selvom de idag har en masse af andre services, har de aldrig glemt at holde fokus på deres kerneydelse. Det er der andre der kunne lære af, og nedenstående eksempel er blot udtaget da det er genstand for jævnlig irritation fra min side.

UX Booth has a good article on how to stop people from giving up during checkout in a web-shop. This is a very common problem which all good web-shops should address and be aware of.
